We want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Only items in their original packaging and gently used condition are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our beauty lab inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
